Maram, a 29,85 meter steel super yacht is now for sale. A sturdy, seven cabin, two engine yacht is ready for you to enjoy the yachting life this summer. Maram’s cabin lay-out offers comfortable quarters to thirteen people. All cabins with airconditioning and bathroom provide ample space. The 29,85 metre tri-deck motor yacht MARAM is built in steel and aluminium by French yard Chantier Naval de Marseille to a design by Michel Bigoin. She was delivered in 1989 with an ongoing refit and upgrading from 2016. The interior which accommodates 8/10 guests in 4/5 cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite, a double and two twins, all with en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for a captain and four crew.
Cabins and the public areas are unexpectedly large. The spacious main saloon has large settees to port and starboard and an formal dining forward with seating for 8 to 10 guests and 3 to 5 crew. A well appointed galley has a large freestanding table and chairs in the centre, making it ideal for casual breakfasts and snacks through the day.
The aft deck is geared towards al fresco entertaining and dining. The sun deck is dedicated to sun worshippers, with an array of sun pads and sun loungers, while the aft bridge deck is used for tender stowage.
Twin 750hp Detroit Diesel engines give her a range of 1,500 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 10 knots.

The crown jewel in the kitchen is definitely the iconic La Cornue stove with 5 high calorie burners one gas and one electric oven. It’s a dream for those who like to cook or the chef you might employ to do the do the cooking for you. A big fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a place to sit with four for a quick snack or some breakfast complement the kitchen set-up.
In fact there are two sundecks. One just forward of the Portuguese bridge and the one, the big one. And when we say big, we mean really big. Sun worshippers delight. With a shower to cool down from time to time.
The Aft Deck consists of two spaces. The main one for entertaining and relaxation and the other one for crew to work on docking etc. The entry to the lazarette is also found here.
On the Dingy Deck two RIB’s are parked. One Zodiac with a 40 hp Mercury and a Brand with a 30 hp Yamaha outboard.
Adjacent to the fore deck there is a roomy cabinlike space to store provisions, tools, etc.
Powered by 2 Detroit Diesel (8V92TTA) 750hp diesel engines Motor yacht MARAM is capable of a top speed of 15 knots and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. With 14,000 litres fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 792 nautical miles at 14 knots. Her water tanks store around 7,000 litres of fresh water.
